What's Inside Your Template?

Think of it like a movie that's already filmed - you're going to customize the script and cast:

Scenarios: Your complete story (the template has this structured for you)

Scenes: Different locations where action happens (office, meeting room, etc.)

Zones: The interactive moments where things happen:

Dialogue zones: Conversations that set up situations
Decision zones: Where learners make choices and get feedback
Time passes zones: Jump forward in time (optional)

Your Three Workspaces

When you customize, you'll work in three connected spaces. Don't worry - we'll guide you through each one:

Outline: See the big picture - scenes and zones structure (like a table of contents)

Setup: Choose how it looks and works - environments, characters, decision colors

Content: Write what characters say and the coaching feedback learners get
